Yes. You can use all Bluezone Corporation sounds in your commercial projects. This includes movies, trailers, TV series, video games, mobile apps, monetized content, advertisements, music for streaming or sale, and more.

Yes. All Bluezone Corporation sounds are royalty-free. You won't be charged any additional fees after purchase. You may use, modify, and incorporate the sounds into your personal and commercial projects without attribution. The redistribution or resale of individual sounds, even if modified, is prohibited.

As a general rule, 1 user = 1 license. The license is non-transferable. For a team, each person must have their own license. The use of sounds in a project for a client is authorized, but the license is not transferable to the client. For more details, please refer to the license agreement.

No. You may not redistribute or resell Bluezone Corporation sounds, either individually or as a pack, even if they have been modified. They must be incorporated into an original creation (music, film, game, etc.). You may share your projects, but not the audio files on their own.

No. Using our sounds with AI to generate sounds for sale is prohibited.

No. Training AI models (generative or otherwise) using our sounds isn't permitted. You may only use the sounds if they are incorporated into your final, original productions. Under no circumstances may they be used to create, improve, or feed an AI model, learning base, or dataset.

You will receive links to download the sounds immediately after payment. An email will be sent to your inbox to ask you to log in to your account to access the download links.

You can find the download links by logging into your customer account. Click on Your orders, then click on Download links for the relevant order to display the download links.

Your downloads are available in your customer account: My account, Your orders, then Download links. The order confirmation email is a reminder.

Download links remain active for seven days after the first successful download. After this period, they are automatically deactivated for security reasons. Our system detects whether downloads have been completed successfully, and links remain operational until the download is complete.

To get new links due to a technical problem such as data loss, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

The sounds are delivered in a ZIP file. A ZIP file is a compressed file that groups several files together to make downloading easier. All you have to do is unzip it.

To open a ZIP file, simply open the file and drag the contents to your device.

Quick steps:

• Windows: Right-click on the archive and select Extract All from the menu options.

• MacOS: Double-click on the archive. The files will automatically unzip.

• iPhone/iPad: Open the Files app, go to the Downloads folder, and tap on the ZIP file to open.

• Android: Open the Files app, go to the Downloads folder, and tap Extract.

You can also use software such as 7-Zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for macOS.

If the file is corrupted, delete it and then re-download the pack from your account. If the error persists, try another browser or connection. If necessary, you can contact us for assistance.

They contain sound effects, loops, and samples and their contents are listed on each pack's product page.

Yes. You can use the sounds as they are. However, they must be integrated into an original creation (music, film, game, etc.) and must never be provided, shared, or resold separately. The source files must not be accessible or able to be extracted from your project.

Yes. You can edit, process, and mix the sounds in all of your personal and commercial projects.

The files are available in 24-bit/96 kHz WAV format. Some files are in 16-bit/44.1 kHz format. The technical specifications are listed on each product page.

Yes. Bluezone Corporation files are compatible with DAWs such as Pro Tools, Cubase, Nuendo, Logic Pro, REAPER, FL Studio, Ableton Live, etc.

Yes. Bluezone Corporation files are compatible with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, VEGAS Pro, etc.

Yes. Bluezone Corporation's WAV files are compatible with game engines and middleware. They can be imported directly into game engines such as Unity, Unreal, and Godot, and can work with middleware such as FMOD and Wwise. However, conversion to 48 kHz or 44.1 kHz may be necessary.

You can pay with your PayPal account, credit card, or debit card.

PayPal may hold a payment while it verifies the transaction. This usually takes 4 to 6 business days. Once PayPal has validated the transaction, your order is automatically confirmed and the download link becomes available.

Yes. Payments are made on encrypted pages (HTTPS/TLS). We do not store your bank details and payments are processed via the secure Stripe and PayPal platforms.

You can view the prices on our website in another currency, but payment is always processed in Euros. To change the currency displayed, use the currency selector at the bottom of the page. Depending on your bank or payment method, small conversion fees may apply.

Prices on the website are displayed excluding tax. VAT is not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

You can find your invoice by logging into your customer account. Click on Your orders, then on the PDF icon for the order in question to download your invoice.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not possible after a successful download. If you have any problems or technical issues, you can contact our customer support with your order number.
