1. Can I use the sounds that I purchased in commercial projects ?
Yes. All the sounds available are royalty free, meaning that you can use them in commercial projects with no extra cost. You can use our sound libraries for the production of original projects of a commercial or non-commercial nature ( music production, film, video game, trailer, multimedia... ). You can sell your projects without having to pay copyright fees. You can use the sounds individually, as they are, or combine them. The license is non-transferable. 2. How many licenses do you need ?

3. Do you give student or academic discounts ?
Yes. To qualify for the discount you must qualify as a : Student, teacher, school or non-profit organisation with an educational focus. Don't hesitate to contact us for more information.
4. Where are my downloads located ?
Log in to your Bluezone Corporation account and click on "MY ORDERS". Select your order and click on the download link.
5. I have not received the download links
Our system automatically sends out an email with the download link each time you place a purchase order. It can happen that certain email providers ( such as Yahoo, Hotmail... ) place these emails in your spam folder. Please remember to check that emails coming from Bluezone Corporation are not classified as “spam” and make sure they have not landed in the spam folder. You can also access your download links via your Bluezone Corporation customer account : If you are not able to access your emails, you can also use your Bluezone Corporation customer account in order to download your sound libraries. In order to do this, log into your Bluezone Corporation account and go to the section "MY ORDERS". You can then access all the orders that you have placed and download your purchases by clicking on the download link.
6. Why is my order marked as "Pending / Cancelled" ?
Please ensure not to make a deferred payment, because Paypal will then block your payment for up to 8 or 10 days. In this case, your payment stays blocked and will not be transferred to us by Paypal. In order to prevent fraud, our system will not validate your download links as long as the payment has not been carried out.
7. My downloads are expired / cancelled, how can I re-download the packs ?
The links will stay active for 7 days after the first successful download. After this time period, the links are automatically deactivated in order to prevent someone else from accessing your downloads. If you need to reactivate your links due to a technical problem ( ex : data loss... ) please do not hesitate to contact us. Please note : Our system automatically detects if your downloads have been executed correctly and the download links will stay active as long as the operation has not been carried out successfully.
8. How do I unzip the pack - What is a ZIP file ?
ZIP is a file format that allows data to be compressed, making it faster to download. A lot of software is available to open this type of file. For example : Winrar, Winzip or 7-Zip.
9. I have received an incomplete / corrupted files
Your download links stay active until you have successfully downloaded your files. During this period feel free to re-attempt the download of any packs that have been damaged during delivery. Please be sure to delete the files before you re-attempt the download. Depending on the speed of your computer and the size of the file, try to download each file one by one. Please do not use download managers to download your files, simply click on the download links in your browser to avoid any problems.
10. What formats are available ?
Our sounds are available in WAV format ( 24 Bit / 96 kHz or 24 Bit / 44.1 kHz ). Simply read the technical specifications on each product page.
11. Could I pay with my Paypal account ?
You can use your Paypal account to place an order. Payments are handled in a secured manner by Paypal.
12. Could I pay with my credit card ?
Yes. We accept payment by credit card ( VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover... ) You do not need to have a Paypal account to make payments using your credit card. Just click on "Don't have a Paypal account" when you are redirected to Paypal.
13. How to buy ?
Click on "REGISTER" ( on the upper right corner of the webpage ) and create an account with the required information. The required information must be filled in correctly. Your e-mail address must be valid in order to receive your download links. Choose your products by clicking on "ADD TO CART". You can choose between "Continue shopping" ( to continue adding items to your order ) and "Checkout" ( to begin the validation process for your order ). Once you have added all the products to your cart and you wish to place your order, click on "Checkout". Once you have confirmed your purchase order, you will be directed to Paypal, where you can make your secured payment with confidence. Once on the Paypal site you can either pay by credit card or you can log on to your Paypal account. Once your payment has been recorded by Paypal, you will receive an e-mail with your download links. Don’t forget that your downloads are available in your Bluezone Corporation account.
14. May I pay in US dollars or another currency other than Euros ?
You can change the currencies on the site but all final payments are in Euros. Please note that your bank or Paypal will apply their own exchange rates at checkout. All our items are priced and charged in Euros. You may use the "currency tool" at the top of the page to receive an indication of the price in your own currency, but the final payment is in Euros. Please be aware that if your credit card, debit card or PayPal balance is in a different currency, then your card provider or PayPal may charge an additional service fee.
15. How to retrieve my password ?
Click on "LOGIN", then click on "Retrieve" my password and enter your email address. A verification code will be sent to you. Once you have received the verification code, you will be able to choose a new password for your account. Don’t forget to check your spam folder.
