How do I access the files after purchase?

After payment, your files are available right away in your customer account, under the heading Your orders. Open the order to download the ZIP files. The confirmation email also gives you access to the order.

How compatible are the sounds?

The sounds available are compatible with all DAWs and video editing software that supports the WAV format. They are also suitable for video games developed withmost game engines and middleware. However, it may be necessary to convert them to 44.1 or 48 kHz.

What’s included in the demo?

The demo contains only a selection of the individual sounds included in the pack. No additional effects or editing have been applied to the demo.

EXOSUIT – HYBRID EXOSKELETON SOUND EFFECTS includes 250 designed sounds, featuring mechanical sequences, chain sounds, organic textures, pneumatic sounds, interface sounds, and electrical interference. The sci-fi weaponry includes ARC guns delivering electrical discharges, along with explosions and destruction sounds. The collection also features rocket fire and buzzing projectile flybys reminiscent of hornets in flight. All sounds are named according to their content and organized for easy browsing.

The onboard weaponry lets you design gunfire, projectile, and impact sounds for battles where your machines attack, return fire, and take hits. Shaping the Sound

Provided as 24-bit / 44.1 kHz files, the sounds can be used as they are or reworked directly in your DAW. Distort, intensify, or mutate them to create your own variations and push the material far beyond its original design.

Creative Process

Developed in our research facilities by our award-winning sound designers, EXOSUIT – HYBRID EXOSKELETON SOUND EFFECTS was created using hardware synthesizers, including the Access Virus C, Roland JP-8080, Korg R3, and Korg Radias, along with numerous acoustic sources captured using high-end microphones.

We recorded mechanical parts, mechanisms, and metallic textures in auto repair shops and industrial facilities, along with materials such as rubber and polystyrene foam. Dog food was used as a source for the organic sounds, while aerosol sprays provided source material for the pneumatic sounds. These recordings were then edited, layered, and processed with effects before being combined with the synthetic material to create the designed sounds in the collection.
